HIAG bewirtschaftet ein umfangreiches Immobilienportfolio im Gesamtwert von CHF 1.96 Mrd. Gemessen an der Gesamtfläche von 2.4 Mio. m² verfügt HIAG mit einer Fläche von rund 722‘000m² über eine herausragende Entwicklungspipeline mit mehr als 55 Projekten und einem erwarteten Investitionsvolumen von rund CHF 3.0 Mrd. Über 90% der Immobilien befinden sich in wirtschaftlichen Kernregionen der Deutsch- und Westschweiz mit Fokus auf Büro-, Gewerbe- und Logistikimmobilien sowie ausgewählten Wohnobjekten. Die gewichtete durchschnittliche Restmietdauer (WAULT) über das gesamte Portfolio beträgt rund 6.6 Jahre und die Leerstandsquote im Bestandesportfolio entspricht 3.2%.
