HIAG acquired a fully leased logistics property in Buchs (AG) as part of a complex share deal including the integration of a company from Luxembourg. The property, which was built in 2007 and can be used for a wide range of storage and logistics concepts, is located in Buchs-Wynenfeld on an approximately 39,000 m2 area of land that is very well connected in terms of transport. With this property acquisition, HIAG expanded its yielding portfolio by around 21,000 m2 of usable area. The long-term double net lease lease and its current term of about six years with the option to extend has a positive impact on HIAG’s cash flow and long-term dividend potential.
