Basel, 29 April 2019 – Martin Durchschlag will step down as Chief Executive Officer of HIAG for personal reasons. Until the end of his term at HIAG, he will complete individual projects and ensure the transfer of his duties.
Dr. Felix Grisard, President of the Board of Directors, will take over the interim chair of the Executive Board with immediate effect. Negotiations for the succession in the management are well on track. HIAG will provide further information in due course.
The Board of Directors and Board of Management would like to thank Martin Durchschlag for his great commitment, that he has shown in management since 2004 and from 2011 as Chief Executive Officer of HIAG, in particular his successful contribution to the IPO in May 2014, and wish him all the best for the future following HIAG.
