Début de la construction de CHAMA

Les travaux de terrassement vont commencer à côté du Lorzenpark : à partir de début mars 2022, la première phase de construction du tout nouveau mini-quartier de Cham sera lancée. La société Halter AG a été chargée de réaliser les travaux de construction. La commercialisation des 52 appartements en copropriété de l'immeuble COLUMBUS débutera en avril 2022 et sera assurée par Intercity Vermarktung AG.
By 2024, the green expanse between the River Lorze and the existing Lorzenpark and OYM will be home to a residential complex that offers new design horizons and high quality of life. Around 140 apartments and roughly 3,000 m2 of retail and commercial space will create new living environments and places for people to come together, while catering to a wide array of needs.
Construction and real estate company Halter AG is responsible for executing the first phase as full-service general contractor. Preparations for construction work on the site are currently underway and the digging of the foundations will start in the next few weeks.
The 52 condominiums will go on sale in April. Intercity Vermarktung AG has been tasked with marketing the condominiums.
Marketing for the rental apartments will kick off in winter 2022/23. You’ll need to wait just a little longer for the service and commercial areas, which will also be built in the first construction phase: these properties are set to launch in 2023.
