HIAG: Long-term lease agreement for logistics site in Brunegg

Basel, 25 May 2021 – HIAG has signed a ten-year lease for a logistics site in Brunegg with a Swiss company in the delivery wholesale business. The site, which has a usable area space of around 11,000 m2, is optimally connected to the A1 and A3 motorways.

 

The seamless follow-on lease to the previous tenant Lekkerland (Switzerland) will take place at the beginning of November 2021. Until the new tenant moves in, which is active in the logistics business for the out-of-home market, the catering sector and the healthcare sector, HIAG will implement planned renovation measures.

 

"Currently, we see a great demand for premium logistics real estate," said Béatrice Gollong, Head Transactions and Commercial Space Marketing at HIAG. "This trend is having an impact on the development of prices for top locations."
