HIAG’s Board of Directors comprises individuals with many years of experience in a variety of fields. The Board has established an Investment and Sustainability Committee, an Audit and Risk Management Committee, and a Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Acting as a collective body, the Board determines HIAG’s strategy and acts as a supervisory body for the Group Executive Board in relation to the operational implementation of that strategy.
