Attractive redevelopment site in an up-and-coming part of the city

The approximately 7'800 m² former site of FCA Switzerland SA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) in the up-and-coming Altstetten district of Zurich is located in the five-storey residential zone and will allow for high quality development with around 16'000 m² of floor area. In the medium term, there is potential for future use with attractive residential and commercial areas. A preliminary contract with a retailer to lease approximately 1'800 m² of ground floor surface area has already been concluded. HIAG has agreed to a temporary use with the Binelli Group car dealership until site redevelopment begins. The Binelli Group with the premium brands BMW and Mini will be seamlessly leasing the entire site for a minimum period of 3.5 years once FCA Switzerland has moved out and offering a service centre and a Mini showroom.
