“The Hive” campus in Meyrin in the immediate vicinity of the CERN has quickly established itself as a hub for international groups and start-ups. With a site surface area of around 43'000 m2, “The Hive” offers varied and high quality spaces with a large outside area and many grassy patches. Anchor tenants include Regus, one of the largest providers of office solutions worldwide and which belongs to the IWG Group, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP Inc. as well as the Swiss electronic component manufacturer LEM. LEM chose “The Hive” as a site for its global headquarters with offices and capacities for research and development and production. At the centre of the campus, surrounded by gardens, the restaurant and training pavilion of the “Luigia” international restaurant group invites users and visitors to linger on the shady terrace when the weather is nice. The multifaceted campus offers further potential for up to four projects.
