Corporate Governance
Our Corporate Governance allows us to manage the relationship between our shareholders, our Board of Directors and our Management.
The HIAG Board of Directors is composed of individuals with years of experience in various fields. Within the Board of Directors, there is an Investment Committee, an Audit Committee and a Compensation Committee. The Board of Directors collegially determines HIAG’s strategy and acts as a control body with regard to the Group Executive Board for operational implementation.
