On 21 November 2019, the topping-out ceremony for the Avellana residential project took place in Wetzikon. Approximately 70 people took part in the celebration. 17 rental apartments with 2.5 to 5.5 rooms will be built in the new building. The apartments will be ready for occupancy in summer 2020.
