At the beginning of January, excavation of the new office building for our tenant Doka Schweiz AG began. In addition to exhibition and training rooms, work areas for 60 to 70 employees and a staff canteen will be built on three floors. The multifunctional building with its high-quality architecture and materials is the key element in the upcoming implementation of the urban development upgrade of the HIAG site in the inner city around the railway station.
