The first planning work for the future development of the site on Freihofstrasse in Zurich-Altstetten has been completed. A long-term lease agreement has already been concluded with a retailer for a rental area of around 1,800 m2 on the ground floor. This use provides an additional attractive local supply in the up-and-coming quarter in Altstetten. In addition to the commercial space, around 150 attractive apartments are to be built on the site.
