The drive-in cinemas known from earlier times are experiencing an upswing again due to the current Covid 19 situation. Allianz Versicherung is currently holding its popular Drive-In Cinema evenings at the Papieri site in Biberist, Solothurn. These have already been held at 13 locations throughout Switzerland. For a total of six days, a film classic or blockbuster is shown every evening. Thanks to the Sieber logistics company's parking area, there is room for around 70 cars and, after stocking up on snacks, drinks and free ice cream, visitors can listen to the sound directly in their cars via FM radio. The site owner HIAG is delighted that the Papieri site will be further enlivened by this event and that the population around Biberist can benefit from this offer.
