The monitoring report submitted in autumn 2020 led to a reassessment of the site by the Canton of Aargau's Office for the Environment, according to which it is now neither in need of monitoring nor remediation. The site, which covers a total of around 75,000 m2 and is located directly on the motorway, is to be developed into an attractive working zone with a variety of uses. Work on the design plan is in full swing and will continue in 2021. Parallel to the work on the design plan, active marketing has been launched. Talks are being held with the first interested parties.
