The site is located in the heart of the Les Cadolles neighbourhood in the upper part of the city of Neuchâtel. After careful renovation of a former production plant, a retail centre with various shops and a health centre have already been built in recent years. Construction of the new buildings is scheduled to begin in early 2023.
