The main part included a tour of the site with five different stations. The participants received exciting information on the following topics in groups:

• Michele Muccioli, Head of Development & Realisation, presented HIAG's development strategy.
• Stefan Hilber, CFO, gave informative insights into the financing strategy
• Beatrice Gollong, Head of Portfolio & Transactions, and Michael Kania, Construction Manager, gave details about the current construction project 'kessel haus' and the marketing strategy directly at the construction site
• Andreas Kalberer, Head of Sustainability, gave an update in the area of sustainability
• Alex Roemer, the responsible site developer for the Kunzareal, used the Kunzareal as an example to explain in detail how HIAG proceeds with a site development.
