HIAG is currently realising the ALTO residential tower in Zurich's up-and-coming Altstetten district: an attractive mix of residential and commercial space comprising 149 apartments on 25 floors will be completed by spring 2026.

Alex Römer, head of development at HIAG, has been the site developer in charge since the site was taken over. In this interview, he answers the following questions, among others:
