Aathal is one of the three parts of the Seegräben municipality in the Zurich highlands located between Uster and Wetzikon. The site is very accessible, both by public transport and by car.
Description
The site of the former Streiff spinning mill in Aathal has been used in many different ways over its history. Once a mill, then a spinning mill, later a girls' home and then a meeting place for the young Swiss film scene. The well connected site offers attractive spaces with lots of room and charm for large and commercial tenants or restaurants as well as workshops and apartments at fair rental prices.
