The Silbern growth area in Dietikon is a central retail centre in the Limmat Valley and is one of the fastest growing regions in the Zurich area. The HIAG site, a vibrant retail centre with a strong brand mix and long-term development potential, is located right in the middle. Instead of redeveloping the entire site in one go, the area will be gradually upgraded within the existing structure.

Following the opening of XXXLutz in August 2022, the further development of the retail site continued: in late summer 2023, HIAG successfully completed the comprehensive revitalisation of the 'Ried03' retail park in Dietikon. This included various works in the car park area and a comprehensive building renovation. At the end of November 2023, the retailer Migros Supermarket and the well-known European toy retailer Smyths Toys opened their new shops.
