The “Porte Sud” site in Lancy is located at the southern entrance to the large-scale PAV (Praille-Acacias-Vernets) project and is easily accessible thanks to the Lancy-Bachet train station, tram connections and a nearby motorway entrance.
Description
HIAG is the only private owner at this location, which is in the direct vicinity of the Stade de Genève. The club “Village du Soir”, which was launched in 2016, meets all the conditions for a successful interim use with comfortable, beach-style bars, a night market, small restaurants and shops, all prerequisites for a successful interim use. It is an attractive destination that is firmly anchored in the region and will continue to exist after the completion of “Porte Sud”.
