The former Leclanché site at the centre of Yverdon is located on the cantonal road to Neuchâtel and is well connected to the public transport network with a nearby motorway entrance, train and bus line.
Description
The industrial site in Yverdon-les-Bains with a rich tradition is now home to Village 48, with over 100 companies from different fields such as industry, sales, artists’ studios, schools or associations. A project is currently being reviewed with the objective of further upgrading the site and supporting the lively coexistence of tenants and visitors as well as the creativity of Village 48 in the long term.
